Stress! And challenges!

So, While your trying to take on the world and all of its challenges, comes a Great deal of stress.. The last couple days at work have tested me but, in the end it only made me that much stronger. Everday is a challegene that make us stronger. But i Have found the best way to deal with that stress CROSSFIT, and a healthy meal. Its so easy to get of track especially when your stressed. But after your stressful day sometime you take your stress out in food. But after you have that DOUBLE QAURTER POUNDER with a COKE you find the stress just comes right back and makes you fill gross. Its so much easier to walk in the store grab some turkey meat some fruit and a water and its cheaper. Go figure! RIGHT? One thing Im staying focused on is eating healthy everyday and getting my daily excercise to take care of  my health. School starts tomorrow so the challenge begins..This is going to be a fun semester and a fun couple of months and I can't wait!
